Shipping Policy

Here's exactly what to expect after you order from The Floating Bath — no surprises.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll get an email confirmation right away, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time (United States)

Standard shipping takes 8–15 business days from the ship date. Our hammocks are made to a high quality standard and shipped carefully to make sure they arrive ready to use.

Total time = processing (1–3 days) + delivery (8–15 days).

Shipping cost

A flat $9.99 shipping rate applies to all U.S. orders. This includes Free Replacement on Loss or Damage — if anything goes wrong in transit, we replace it at no cost.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your package every step of the way. If tracking hasn't updated within a few days, don't worry — reach out and we'll check on it for you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.
